What happens after the 30-day trial?
Your data stays — you can keep viewing and exporting indefinitely. To create new invoices, bills, or payments you'll need to upgrade to Starter or Pro.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer to our LKR account, with a reference we send you at checkout. We're adding card payments (PayHere) shortly.
Why is VAT/SSCL extra?
Because ClearAI is a Sri Lankan registered business, we charge SSCL (2.5%) then VAT (18% on subtotal + SSCL) — same compounding the IRD mandates on your own invoices. The amount shows on the tax invoice we issue you so you can claim input VAT.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime in Settings → Billing. Prorated to the day.
What counts as an "invoice" on Starter's 100/month cap?
Sent or approved invoices in a calendar month. Drafts don't count. The cap resets on the first of every month.
Do you have a discount for accountants or volume?
Yes — for firms managing 5+ tenants we offer Enterprise pricing.
